The beverage conglomerate acquired Dr Pepper Snapple in 2018, and now sells coffee, soda, and juices in addition to Keurig brewers. The company saw a strong 2020 as consumers stocked up to shelter in place during the pandemic, but first quarter 2021 data show an even bigger year-over-year sales jump at more than 10%.
