"Employees genuinely care about each other, and so does management, even to the point of showing up for each other at events outside of work. We're given extra time off to use for community service, which is something I really love. And the company offers leadership programs and learning opportunities that have helped me grow personally and professionally."
"This company fosters a unique sense of belonging. From the first interview to the most recent day worked, I have never felt more at home with a company. They strive to help you do the job but also make sure and see if they can do anything to help you professionally or personally."

Employees say:
"The care and intentionality of management and executives is unmatched as far as I can tell. You are always welcome and encouraged to find holes in processes so that improvement can happen. The growth mindset is also heavily endorsed and the company offers several different ways to support growth, whether it be physical, spiritual, or just improving performance."
"This company is always looking for ways to give back. They have a 'Love Each Other' attitude that is infectious. I have been personally blessed by their Simply Hands and Feet group who seeks to help employees in times of need. Simply Hands and Feet lends itself to helping people move, painting the exterior of people's houses, and other needs employees may have. Also, I have been really impacted by their community building efforts, from building houses locally for Habitat for Humanity or traveling to Costa Rica and building houses for impoverished families."
