"One of the things that makes Deloitte a truly great place to work is its strong culture of collaboration and innovation. For example, our yearly "Innovation Day," where all employees are encouraged to pitch new ideas and work together on creative solutions to business challenges. This does not only foster cross-functional teamwork but also empowers all employees at all levels to contribute to our growth. Also, our sponsored trainings and conferences helps expand my network and bring valuable insights for our team."

"Deloitte's together fund has really made it easy for teams to bond outside of work and has allowed managers and partners to provide fun opportunities to get to know everyone. Additionally, Deloitte's healthcare benefits are incredible and show how much they care about their employee's wellbeing. I also appreciate that Deloitte is a place where if you want to do/see something, if you ask, they try to let you. I've gotten so many opportunities simply because I asked for them or was curious about something. It's given me a lot of chances to learn."
Employees say:
"It is the most collaborative environment I've been part of. We also know our individual purpose and how it contributes to the overall purpose of the firm. Leaders regularly make themselves available for mentoring. We have Impact Day to give back to our communities and they give us extra holidays to help us balance work/life. They even gave us an extra unexpected day last November. Our brand is all about trust and we work hard to earn that."
Employees say:
"The culture celebrates and truly embraces everyone's uniqueness. They lead with compassion, purpose and thoughtfulness while still driving future and growth. It's rare to find a company that values their employees just as much as they do their growth/profit."

"Even as a first-year analyst, I always felt as though I had a seat at the table and a voice in the conversation. Opportunities are allotted based on competence and willingness and this has allowed me to grow in ways I did not think possible. As a junior practitioner, I was leading major initiatives simply because I had the skillset and the willingness to raise my hand. My voice is always valued, so much so that I got feedback as an analyst that my biggest point of improvement was that I should voice my opinion more because "you're brought in on the conversations because we think you've got something to say." This is tremendously empowering and I believe it is a key driver of my rapid growth."

"There are a number of things, but one that stands out is that Deloitte far exceeds what most organizations do to care for the safety and wellbeing of their people. In times of natural disasters (hurricanes, floodings, fires, etc,) or public violence threats (e.g., mass shootings, incident overseas), the firm confirms the safety of each potentially impacted employee, offers resources, and provides general human support. Additionally, when employees become ill/injured when traveling for work or personally, the firm goes above and beyond to get them to hospital care or home safely and with support of family when needed. It is truly unique and speaks to the culture here."
Employees say: "The people, short and simple. Deloitte attracts and hires people with great skills and who will be part of a very large, collaborative team. Our diversity drives great opportunities to learn about other cultures and people and we are encouraged to be our true selves. I have had many opportunities to learn and grow in my technical field, on my path to leadership, and personally through connections I have made here. The matrixed leadership structure here provides everyone with the chance to be seen and make a difference. I plan to retire from Deloitte sometime far in the future!"

"I have been here for many years, and I have seen a lot of progress over the years. When I had my children I thought the time off and support we received was fantastic, but it's even better now. Not only do mothers get paid time off, but so do fathers. And the benefits also apply to parents who are adopting! I have also seen first-hand, the support our leaders, and their families, receive in cases of death or disability. The sense of partnership is truly extraordinary, in my opinion."

"I'm trusted to do my work, to lead teams and people, to come up with new ideas. The benefits are great and this company allows me to live my life outside of work to the fullest while still growing my career at Deloitte."

"Deloitte truly cares about its people, and it shows through management positions, growth and development opportunities, and well-being support, including our integrated mental health program."

"The entire onboarding process and supplemental training at our university during my first two months was incredible. I have never felt so welcomed, supported, and have clear expectations of how to succeed than anywhere I've worked previously (including multiple Fortune 500s). Each person is supported with a dedicated coach to empower them to be successful from the beginning."
Accounting titan Deloitte has made well-being a top priority, starting with the C-suite: The American arm of the multinational firm named a chief well-being officer way back in 2015. Core to the Deloitte experience, the concept of well-being is brought to life through offerings such as collective disconnects, in which the entire organization takes consecutive days off so everyone can focus on their personal lives without interruptions from work. Deloitte’s hybrid workplace model provides a range of options that vary based on the tasks performed and the clients served, balanced with the diverse preferences of employees. Hybrid “champions” serve as an ongoing resource as team members figure out what works best for them collectively.
Recruiting and supporting diverse talent is also a priority: The Neurodiversity@Deloitte program recruits neurodivergent candidates for a three-month internship with the potential to go full-time upon completion. And Deloitte was the ninth employer to achieve Black Equity at Work Certification from Management Leadership for Tomorrow, a national leadership nonprofit.
