"My managers are the best example of hard work and dedication, and they practice what they preach. I do not feel that I am micromanaged but rather empowered and supported to do the job they trust in me. I appreciate the level of communication and commitment they show to the company, and it encourages me to be the best I can be at my position. They create a team environment that makes showing up for work not only worth it, but enjoyable and rewarding."

Employees say:

"My team is unbelievable, everyone is a pro in their field, and truly works together to create an excellent company, and enjoy the process along the way. I really enjoy contributing to the team when everyone else is such a hard worker as well. I love coming to work every day, I feel like everyone really cares for each other, and are willing to help out personally or professionally. I feel like I am able to add value anywhere I want to, there are no silos. People are really susceptible to new ideas, and willing to try it out. I feel like my ideas, opinions, etc. actually matter and I make a huge impact on the organization as a whole."
