That’s something that also helps its employees, with 94% reporting they receive a fair share of the company’s profits thanks to an employee stock ownership plan and a profit-sharing program that pays out when a team earns a profit margin of at least 5% for a particular quarter. In addition to including workers in its financial success, David Weekley also rewards loyalty by offering four- to six-week sabbaticals after employees have been with the company for more than 10 years.
