DataBank Holdings Ltd.

Employees say:

"What stands out about this company is the genuine focus on people paired with trust and ownership. Leaders are accessible, feedback is welcomed, and employees are encouraged to take initiative rather than just follow a script. I've seen this firsthand through cross-functional collaboration and programs like mentorship and employee-led initiatives, where ideas are supported and people are empowered to grow. There's a real effort to balance results with respect for individuals, which makes the culture feel authentic rather than performative. The combination of accountability, flexibility, and a people-first mindset makes this a place where employees can do meaningful work and continue developing."
