"I have never experienced a company who truly cares about my well-being and offers me the means and ability to have a healthy work-life balance like I have since joining CTG. I have had the good fortune of benefiting from opportunities and always feel valued on my team, which are things that I had not experienced in previous positions at other companies. The people I work with, and for, have always been kind and fair, the way an employer should be. I intend to stay with CTG for as long as possible, it is truly a great place to work."

Employees say:
"100% the trust to do your job without the need for a rigid 9-5pm. CTG has such a great flexible working environment. It's amazing for a true life/working balance. Whether you are a parent doing the school run or going to the gym. You are trusted to just get on with it, and with that trust the 'Happy People Produce Quality' CTG mantra couldn't be more true."
"I am truly empowered to be my own employee here. My manager is fantastic about letting me work in the ways that work best for me, allows me the freedom to try new and creative approaches, and gives me the confidence to believe in my own work."
