"There is always an open dialogue between management and the staff about how the company is doing and what we need to do or continue to do to contribute to that success. I never feel that I cannot approach management for any reason. I appreciate their open-door policy and how we are made to feel that we are all part of the team and there is no one person who is 'above' another."

"During my years with the company, I have always appreciated its strong family-oriented culture. Since the introduction of the flexible workplace following COVID, this sense of support has only grown stronger, and I couldn't be more grateful. This year has been the most challenging of my life on a personal level, yet the support I received from my manager and the HR team was truly remarkable. It's rare to find a company that genuinely listens to its employees and cares about their individual needs and requests. They go above and beyond to help you find balance and make things work. I would wholeheartedly recommend working here to anyone."
Employees say:
"My management team set an example of inclusivity, equal work distribution, open door policy, bringing the team together and most importantly being compliant. The work/life balance is a company standard. We as a team understand the business need. We work harder as a team because our managers set the example and address their expectations. We're constantly challenged and focused, but we also celebrate each other's success and will contribute where we can for the betterment of the company and our customers."

"The culture itself is unique. The company truly does the most to offer learning opportunities not only in a structural educational environment, but also in giving opportunities to attend conferences to educate ourselves on the most effective and cutting-edge practices in our industry. They also prioritize work opportunities that will grow and develop their workers to be well rounded in their positions. We celebrate our wins, we learn from our losses, and overall we are working together to push our goals as a company and personally."

"I feel that we are given a great deal of autonomy and are encouraged to ask questions and think of creative solutions to issues that need resolving. I feel like hierarchy is not as important as collaboration and that produces an environment in which one can contribute without any fear of being judged or maligned. I have had an outstanding experience with my managers and peers thus far and can see myself working happily here for many years, possibly until I retire."
