"The drive to continually improve is so unique. I have worked at this company for 9 years and I will think frequently that it can't possibly get any better, yet it always does. From special recognition (unburied life, awards, shout outs) to passion for our dealers (training, reporting, outreach) and commitment to making our team members' and customers' lives the best they can be. Our entire leadership team works with a passion and moral compass that is second to none."
Employees say: "Working here is like having 1,000 or so brothers and sisters. Maybe cousins. Just last week we had our anniversary party, and it felt more like a family reunion than a stuffy corporate function. A great example of this Family feeling is from the end of 2023. One of my team members lost her husband in a car accident, and the CA family banded together to raise over $10,000 to help her with expenses and hardship. Just another reason I am proud to work here."
