"The mutual respect given to each other all the way from the top management level to the ground, the family-like care & treatment to given to all employees that gives a sense of belonging, the work-life balance, and the opportunities given to try things on your own, and the joy of giving back to the society and caring about environment, are all the unique things that keep me grounded and bonded to this company."

Employees say:

"My management is more supportive than anywhere else I've worked.  My director makes a point to support me both at work and outside of work.  For example if I have an event I'm helping with he makes an effort to attend whether it's work related or not.  I am encouraged to take PTO as needed and the unlimited PTO isn't just words but they truly support people taking time off to recharge.  Development and training are not only encouraged but my management suggests training they think I may be interested in or nominates me for development programs to help me move forward in my career."

Employees say:

"The support system is unique, I can call my manager or any teammate in any market and they are willing to talk over difficulties I am having and build me up to find areas of opportunity. Every person I have spoken with EVER has wanted what is best for not only the business but the person on the other end of the phone."

Employees say:

"It is obvious that company and leadership actually care about the employees. That is not a lot of talk, but there is real action supporting those who work for the company. There is so much positive affirmation - I've never seen a company be so supportive and communicative."

Employees say:

"The ability to celebrate each other's accomplishments every day. We have a program called spark where we can shout out people who go above and beyond and award them with points they can use for gifts. It is an awesome way to tell people what is going on and it is heavily used."
