The global beer, wine, and spirits producer and importer—seller of popular brands like Modelo and Svedka—chugged right along in 2019. Double-digit growth in beer sales helped push profits up by 48%. In early May 2020, Constellation increased its stake in Canadian cannabis startup Canopy Growth to 39%.
