Employees say:

"At Commit, I feel the management team does a phenomenal job providing transparency in their decisions, our company's financials, and the future growth opportunities. Additionally, I genuinely feel heard and respected at all times. Lastly, Commit has built a network of talented individuals who are willing to step in and lend a hand when the going gets tough. For these reasons, I believe Commit is a great place to work."

Employees say:

"I think Commit is an especially great place to work because everyone here works hard, takes pride in what they do, and consistently goes above and beyond to support one another. It's a place where people are encouraged to show up as their authentic selves and that individuality is genuinely celebrated. I'm truly happy to be part of this team."

Employees say:

"We promote autonomy and challenge individuals to set very specific, measurable goals and ensure they understand the why behind why those goals are important and monitor the status of these goals on a biweekly basis. Additionally, leadership offers more transparency into the company’s financials than any other place I have worked which has a very positive impact on the overall practice, regardless of their vertical. In addition, the culture couldn’t be better. It is a fun place to work and people are incentivized to provide frequent feedback, suggest process improvements and are given a fair opportunity to grow their skills via in-house and external training resources."
