"Champion Care gives its employees the opportunity to be heard, and they make each individual employee feel valued. Since coming to Champion Care, I have felt like I am a part of a team that is goal-oriented and driven to be the best we can be. It is a great feeling."

"I genuinely love working here. The culture is fun, collaborative, and supportive, and I can honestly say I have never enjoyed working in a company as much as I have here. From day one, it was clear that people here care. The welcome package, the personal emails from team members, and the way everyone goes out of their way to help you settle in all set the tone. There is a real investment in employees. The company puts time and resources into trips, events, and trainings, and it creates an environment where people feel connected and valued. When someone is struggling, the reaction is always how can we help instead of looking for fault. Even small things, like the birthday recognitions, show how much effort goes into making people feel appreciated. All of these pieces together make this a truly unique place to work."

"This is a smaller company with big goals and future advancements. Even with the company growing and changing, one thing that has remained the same is the initiative the owners and CEO/COO take in being a part of it all. I truly think it is amazing to have owners be as involved as they are. I think it is amazing that they know names and recognize you and your accomplishments throughout the year. That is one of the biggest things that I feel like separate this company from other SNF industries and what makes it truly, a great place to work. The "higher ups" truly care about their employees, and it shows."

"Everyone gets a voice and no one takes an 'it's my way or the highway' approach. We all tend to listen to one another and give voice to different methods of getting a task done before we settle on a methodology. I've never worked in an environment that was so open about the trade of ideas where everyone feels heard. I also enjoy the freedom to do my job as I see fit without feeling like I have anyone breathing down my neck while I work. It is trusted that I do my job without much oversight as long as my work is getting done. I cannot stress how valuable that is to me."
