Employees say:

"We have unlimited PTO that is actually unlimited. Executives lead by example and take frequent or extended periods of time off, creating an environment where people feel safe to use their PTO."

Employees say:

"The company has truly caring and transparent leadership. Even in the toughest moments, they strive to include everyone and leave nobody in the dark. They're clear what the expectations are and how the company is doing. There are good benefits, and the company does this because they care about the employees. They set the time off policies, for example, in a way that they feel maximizes the amount of time people take off and balances the needs of the business with the need of folks to sometimes just take a mental health day. And there is a strong emphasis on reminding you to turn off your notifications and actually go offline when you do take time off.."
