Bestow

Employees say:

"The amount of willingness to collaborate here is extremely high. Any time we have to make a last minute change or address an edge case, people on our teams are always willing to jump into quick triaging discussions to get us back on track. Knowing the people at this company are like that makes those situations much less stressful or concerning and makes it into just another interesting challenge to overcome."

Employees say:

"Bestow is a great place to work because all of the managers I have worked with have provided opportunities to help you develop. Whether you speak to a member of your team or another team, everyone is working towards the same goal and has a positive attitude towards helping others and making them feel like a person, not just an 'employee.'"

Employees say:

"No question is a stupid question is taken literally here. Insurance is a complicated industry. You can slack any general team channel and no one will give you a hard time for your question. Everyone's door is always open to help others understand more about their job. I believe this foundational culture makes barrier for contribution for new employees very low and creates a welcoming space for all."

Employees say:

"Bestow genuinely cares about all of it's employees individually they know us by name, applaud our accomplishments, and are invested in our happiness and professional development. What sold me on Bestow not only being a great place to work but the best place to work is an experience I had shortly after joining. We had a team member leave the company and management shortly after reached out to each of us individually to make sure we were happy and fulfilled in our roles. I was amazed and it showed Bestow's emphasis on community and how much they value each of us."

Employees say:

"I love the energy, positive attitudes, collaboration of the employees and teams! So refreshing compared to the traditional insurance carrier I worked at previously. I also love the biweekly meetings with the founders and executives...they make an effort to be transparent and communicate what's going on with the company. I also enjoy the comradery that goes into engaging employees and providing support for them."

Employees say:

"There are meetings which allow you to randomly meet other employees for a quick meeting to learn about them. I feel this is unique as it welcomes people to the company and allows them to get a change to know others they may not have interacted with normally."
