Teams are collaborative, approachable, and invested in each other's success, which makes day-to-day work both motivating and supportive. In addition, benefits like Flex Fridays and the sabbatical program are unique in how intentionally they promote balance and long-term retention. These initiatives don't just offer time off; they signal that the company values sustainability, well-being, and continued engagement, which motivates people to stay and grow here."

"Basis cares about it's employees in a way that I've never experienced before nor have I heard of others experiencing. They firmly believe that a happy and healthy employee means a more productive employee and it's absolutely true. I've learned more working here in the past year than I had the prior five years combined. The balance of learning, challenging work and flexible scheduling makes for a truly great work experience."
Employees say:
"Management is very transparent and caring. I've never worked for a company that encouraged work life balance and physical and mental well being the way Basis does. I genuinely feel that we work as a team and employees are valued."
Employees say:
"Basis is on the forefront of innovating the advertising industry - being able to be a part of that with the level of flexibility I have in my job is extremely rare. We deliver fantastic work for our clients, while maintaining a healthy work life balance. That is not a common occurrence in the space!"

"Basis is unique in that our feedback and ideas from employees in how to improve the company's processes, etc are always heard. I always feel like a human being, an individual rather than a number. Basis is also unique in that during my grandfather's passing, I was able to take time off for bereavement and able to focus on family and my mental health. I also received a bereavement gift from Basis which was really thoughtful during a difficult time. Basis sees you as a person, a priority, and I never worked in a company before where I felt that."

"I truly appreciate the strong sense of trust within the company. I feel valued by my colleagues and empowered by the trust my manager places in me. It’s reassuring to know that whether people are in or out of the office, there is confidence that work will be completed efficiently and to a high standard. This culture of trust allows for autonomy, eliminates the need for micromanagement, and ultimately contributes to a productive and positive work environment."
Employees say:
"The people and leadership are second to none - there's a reason I've been here for 4 1/2 years, I feel supported in my growth and confident in the company's mission."

"The amount of attention that is paid to the employees and their well-being is astounding. This shows up in the benefits and perks that are provided, decisions related to the business and the potential impact on employees, and the efforts to help employees in professional and personal development."

"We treat people like human beings, and we encourage everyone to be their whole selves. I’ve been here for 10 years, and I’ve never seen an attitude of 'this isn’t my problem,' or 'I'm too busy to help you,' or 'I don't care what's going on with you.' In my experience, it's been the opposite of a toxic culture, and people feel cared for. They feel supported. And that's true regardless of whether it's about work or your personal life."
