The consulting firm continues to invest in its diversity and inclusion efforts, including holding a Diversity Summit in May 2021 that sought to bring more visibility to the company’s many affinity groups by bringing together their annual gatherings at this weeklong event. Bain & Co also re-credentialed over 100 roles to prioritize skills instead of requiring four-year degrees. The company plans to expand the number of revised job descriptions in the coming year. “From the first day, I felt welcomed and valued,” says an employee. “I have never experienced a workplace where the importance of employee well-being (in all areas) was made such a priority, and the benefits [and] compensation were so high.” Read the Great Place to Work review.
