AVIAN

Employees say:

"What makes this company unique and different is that from the second I walked into the building for my first interview, I felt at home. I've never felt more comfortable than I did in that moment, and since then it's been nothing short of amazing. From my managers to HR to IT, everyone has always been so kind and willing to help when needed. I've had the opportunity to change positions within the company and work with different managers, and each one has treated me fairly, checked in regularly, and always made sure I knew how much of an impact I was making. They've consistantly recognized my growth and rewarded me in the way a company always should. Most importantly, they've always reassured me that there's a place for me at AVIAN, even if anything were to happen with my current positions, making me feel secure and valued as an employee."

Employees say:

"It is difficult to be a truly customer- and employee-focused organization in the defense industry. AVIAN manages to do this exceptionally well. For example, when I was diagnosed with a life-threatening condition and I had to be out for an extended period for corrective surgery, AVIAN stayed engaged and worked with me, my family, and my customer to assure everyone had any support needed."
