A new addition to Fortune’s Best Companies list, health care insurance provider Anthem is no stranger to medical care crises. As the pandemic reared its ugly head, the company moved aggressively to help its employees work through the global shutdown. It offered 80 hours of additional paid leave to those who were ill or had children, and also paid for the cost of COVID testing and treatment in full.
