"This company has great benefits. This is a great place to work because all levels of the management team are understanding and kind. A few years back, I broke my ankle and had to be out of work a couple of weeks. Management was very understanding during my recovery process and did not give me hassle about the time I needed to take off for recovery. Also, if time off is needed, it is easy to switch and trade times with other employees, with a simple post in our scheduling system and through chat. We are always recognized in a company chat for great customer service, attendance, and on time. We are also recognized for special milestones, such as birthdays and work anniversities and year end we get awesome bonuses."

"AnswerFirst is a great place to work because it operates with a people-first mindset that is genuinely reflected in how employees are treated day to day. One of the most unique and meaningful aspects of the company is its understanding that employees perform best when they feel supported, trusted, and respected—not pressured or burned out. Work-life balance is a core strength at AnswerFirst, especially in a post-COVID world where flexibility and mental health are no longer optional but essential. The company recognizes that employees may have medical issues, family responsibilities, or simply need time to step away and regroup. Allowing those necessary breaks without guilt or fear of punishment shows a level of empathy that is not common in many workplaces. Another standout quality is how this flexibility directly improves performance. When employees are given room to breathe, they return to work more focused, patient, and engaged. This leads to higher quality customer interactions, stronger professionalism, and a more positive experience for clients. Instead of running on exhaustion, employees are able to consistently give 100% because they are not operating in survival mode. AnswerFirst also fosters a supportive and understanding culture where employees feel heard and valued. That sense of trust encourages loyalty, accountability, and pride in the work being done. Knowing that the company supports your well-being makes you want to do your best - not because you're forced to, but because you're appreciated. Overall, what makes AnswerFirst unique is that it understands sustainability isn't just about business success‚it's about taking care of the people who make that success possible."

"AnswerFirst has truly been a wonderful journey professionally. From the moment my training team started training, it started feeling like a family environment and culture within the company. Everyone has been very helpful along the way, and understanding whenever there have been scheduling challenges in my life as a mother. It has been a pleasure to witness my team mates grow and flourish here at AnswerFirst, while experiencing my own growth here as well. I definitely plan on sticking around for many more years to come as long as I am welcome here."

"Answerfirst is big on investing into the employees. There is so much room to grow within the organization. Most of the current supervisor and managers started as regular employees. They also participate in profit-sharing. This company is big on maintaining the mental health of its employees and incorporates several programs to assist them, as well as the standard EAP benefits. I am blessed to be a part of this organization."
Employees say:
"I love the flexible work hours. We work 8 hours and can come in anytime from 8A-8P to start our day. It helps when I have to attend school events for my child, a meeting with committees I am a part of, or just have long lunches with friends. This company values their employees and offers continuous education via Udemy as well as allowing employees to attend conferences on our company's behalf."

"Management here truly listens to your concerns and tries their hardest to come to resolutions to please their employees. It is nice to know that people in positions higher than you have your best interest at heart."
