As someone who struggles with disabilities which are unknown to my co-workers, I have never felt judged or embarrassed when asking any of my co-workers, even as high up as our CEO, 'silly' questions or for help. I have always been met with nothing but the assistance I've asked for. There are no holidays or events or celebrations that go unnoticed or unrecognized by leadership. There have been celebrations for pets who learn to go outside, recognition for volunteer service (which we also get paid time off for!), and every other life event you can think of.
