"A&M has always truly valued its employees. Extra days off and bonuses merely scratch the surface. There is an overall appreciation for the people who work here and make it all happen. Our executives go above and beyond to ensure that no matter what level of work you're doing, you're appreciated for it and made to feel a part of the team."

"One of my favorite things about A&M is our strength in the community and how much we promote and prioritize spreading good and raising awareness to help others in need: from our annual charity drives, to the expanding impact with the charity golf tournament and engaging with foster youth. I am always beyond proud to work at A&M, and take such pride that this company operates as much more than just a business, but we truly are a pillar for effecting good change in our community and not just worker's compensation. I'm so happy to be a part of this team and the impact we make."

"The high quality of talent is equal across the board. The quality and support of the staff, fellow attorneys upper management and colleagues alike allows you to focus on what's important, and to excel at what you do. It feels like a team effort, and at the same time, you feel individually appreciated."

"A&M consistently shows its appreciation for their employees. Frequent social events are set up throughout the year that are fun and completely paid by A&M. There is a lottery open to all employees to win free seats at a baseball or basketball game. A social budget is given to each department, which allows each department to get together outside of work in a fun way. Last year, a reimbursement was given for any upgrades to your home office—the amount provided for reimbursement was very generous."
