"Acquis truly cares about their employees and their personal lives. Whether it's policy driven like allowing for flexible working arrangements (i.e. telecommuting) or more ad-hoc like simply checking in during severe weather events to see if everyone is ok, you can really tell how much the company cares for their employees."

"Our philosophy regarding 'people first' is very clearly a priority that comes from leadership and is emphasized as a priority at every level of the organization. As someone who joined in the last six months, it has been absolutely refreshing to experience a culture of belonging and inclusivity. What feels like a second job in other organizations is core value here."
