"Tremendous focus on diversity and inclusion. Monthly all-agency meetings are spent making sure everyone is brought up to speed on the state of our business. Further, these meetings give us all an opportunity to celebrate and welcome new employees, and celebrate milestones like birthdays, anniversaries, new accounts, etc. Finally, at the end of each of these meetings there are typically one to two people asked to share information about themselves—what inspires them personally and professionally, and what projects are they currently working on. It's a great way to get to know people on a deeper level, and I find that they are always a source of inspiration for me!"
