Employees say:

"There is a strong focus on helping people, both clients and colleagues. We are treated as people first, employees second. Management and executives are approachable and trusted."

Employees say:

"I think one of the most unique and special things we do at 5, are annual coaching sessions. These sessions allow our peers and managers to give us supportive feedback, both good and opportunities to improve. These sessions are always sincere and create a comradery that goes deeper than just a normal colleague relationship."

Employees say:

"I have complete trust in my team. I've never worked at a place where I felt comfortable taking time to be with my family and know that everything will be taken care of at work. Working for 5 makes me a better mom, wife, and neighbor because of their commitment to 'helping people,' not just helping customers."

Employees say:

"I have deep bonds with many of the people I work with. I truly care about them as human beings, and I know they care about me as well. I feel more myself at work than I sometimes do at social events outside of work. I have never worked with people who cared as much about doing the right thing as the people that work at 5. If it is not in the best interest of our customers, then we will not do it - full stop. I am very proud to work for this organization."
