Alcon Laboratories

"Treating individuals like actual people instead of a number within the workforce is something which sets Alcon apart from a lot of other employers in the metroplex. I always feel I can share my thoughts, suggestions, or whatever else I want to share, and it doesn't matter to what level within the organization it is shared with; people treat one another with respect and genuinely care about what others are doing, feeling, going through, etc. Individuals here feel engaged, appreciated, and recognized for the contributions they provide to Alcon. I have honestly never worked for a company that has a genuine desire to recognize people for what they do. Definitely refreshing!"

"Alcon really values professional development and invests in employees. I have been provided plenty of time and opportunity to learn more about ophthalmology and analysis methods to be better at my job."

"Tremendous culture! The founding members have created a pillar that should be adopted by every other company in the world. Out of my more than 40 years of working experience, and considering the many different organizations I have worked for over that time period, Alcon is by far the greatest of all those places. I could not be happier working for this company and with my team. My hope is that I am able to remain with Alcon for the rest of my working career."
