World Wide Technology’s leading employee health care program is simple: On-site medical services are offered at select locations to staff and their dependents, and they are all 100% free. Thanks to the company’s partnership with Mercy health care, at WWT on-site family health centers, employees can access everything from primary care to drug testing to allergy treatment. 

WWT also partners with Bright Horizons, a childcare provider, to offer low-cost backup care and family support to all full-time employees. Eldercare, pet sitting, and housekeeping services are available as well. Additionally, Bright Horizons provides services to staffers’ children through high school, with tutoring, online learning discounts, and college counseling among its offerings. 

The firm has long partnered with national nonprofit NPower, which provides free IT career training to military veterans, their family members, and young adults from underserved communities. WWT has hired over 100 NPower participants, and teamed with Hiring Our Heroes and RecruitMilitary in an effort to further expand its talent pipeline.

• WWT fosters empathy and closeness through initiatives like its storytelling program, a DEI effort that invites people to share their personal lives and be honest about their experiences with matters like depression, loneliness, addiction, and illness.


• Listening Sessions provides space for the team to unpack world events and workplace trends affecting employees, whether it’s the rise in hate crimes against Asian and Pacific Islander communities, support for veterans, or concerns over retention and back-to-the-office initiatives.


• WWT aims to encourage underrepresented groups to pursue careers in STEM with a number of pipeline programs, including a partnership with LaunchCode.
