Employees say:
"One unique aspect of Hilcorp is its open-book management. This innovative approach, where our operations group takes ownership of financial and safety reports, has significantly improved the dynamic between operations and support staff. It's a testament to our commitment to transparency and collaboration. Moreover, the executive staff, operations managers, controllers, and most ATLs actively encourage interaction. They treat all with the same importance, fostering a sense of inclusivity and support within our team."

Employees say:
"The giving program has encouraged and allowed me to be more generous and also be able to think more holistically and strategically about my giving. It is easy for an organization to make corporate donations and gain the tax and reputational benefits, but to empower your employees to give to the things they care about and contribute to their communities is just incredible. So cool."

Employees say: "I love the culture here. By that, I mean that I love the humbleness of everyone from top down, and the team player attitude that everyone embraces. You would not know whether a person was a CEO or an admin assistant here, because everyone treats each other as equals. We check our attitudes and egos at the door. That means a lot to me."

Employees say:
"The success, development and well-being of all Hilcorp employees is at the forefront of the company's mission. I feel like I serve a true purpose and have the full support of my leadership and team."

Employees say:
"The caring actions of the people that work for this company are beyond any other place I have worked. I take a lot of pride in telling people where I work and how amazing and wonderful our company truly is—not only to the employees, but the community."
