"This company was originally founded in 1978 by Dr. Dan Fischer in South Jordan, Utah. Although Dr. Fischer is retired now, he still actively walks the halls and talks with everyone. Many large-sized companies nowadays have insular upper management that routinely look to trim bonuses and extras. However, Ultradent truly feels like it values its employees. The company has grown in size over the years but still maintains a small-company family atmosphere. Little things like popcorn, company-provided food and snacks, fitness gyms, and Rest and Relaxation (time off during the holidays) also contribute to a wonderful work culture."
