The company has more than 230 locations and 3,700 employees, and has serviced 257,000 loans worth over $67.6 billion. The company values diversity in both its workers and its clientele—nearly 53% of its employees are women, 37% are minorities, and 35% are millennials, as of March. It offers two award-winning programs, the Latino Focus and the New American Dream initiatives, which are focused on improving the mortgage-lending experience for minority borrowers. The former helps educate the housing industry on how to support the Hispanic community while they buy homes, and the latter seeks to increase homeownership among Black communities.
