"I have never worked for a company that truly values it's employees work/life balance the way that Intuit does. Any time I've run into a hardship and I'm not sure what to do, someone here tells me "oh we have a benefit for that" and it's mind blowing. For example, our child care provider is going on a month long vacation. I had no idea what to do, then I found out about out Backup Care benefit. I love working here and am proud to wear our Intuit gear!"
