Brightview Senior Living

Employees say:

"What makes Brightview special to me is the genuine sense of care not just for residents, but for associates too. It really feels like a family here. Leaders go out of their way to recognize our milestones and make us feel seen. There is also a real investment in our growth and I have seen so many people move up because leadership believes in promoting from within. They actually listen to feedback and make changes when needed, which says a lot. Being able to work with such an amazing group of individuals is something you cannot find just anywhere - it's personal, meaningful, and a big part of why I love working at Brightview."

Employees say:

"I am grateful to be working for such an incredible organization that truly cares about its people! They are very generous with pay and benefits, and they review wages several times a year to ensure we are paying our associates in line with the industry. They allow many opportunities for growth and want us to succeed not only in our work, but in our personal lives through the several health and financial programs they offer us at no cost. The senior leaders are forward thinking and take the time to obtain feedback and input from the team before implementing most policy changes."

Employees say: "I think all of the benefits and resources are pretty unique. For any situation, it may be work related or not, there is peace of mind knowing that Brightview can find a way to get what is needed. The most unique, in my opinion, is the total compensation contributions and what Brightview will do for an associate's family if they pass away. 401(k) plans, Trust program, etc.—there are truly so many Brightview offers to better our future! I couldn't name another place to work that will make you feel as good as you do working for Brightview. It's really a special vibe!"

Employees say:

"SO many things! The company really tries to put associates first. I can only speak for myself, but Brightview is a company with great leadership and wonderful associates. They goal is always the residents satisfaction and the associates (in mostly all situations) come together to achieve that."
