Beast Code

Employees say:

"When I was in college I was going around town looking for internships. I had a bunch of my resumes and was going business to business.  Not a single one of the places I stopped at would give me the time of day. Most of them acted like I was a peasant wasting their time. The one exception is Beast Code. Beast Code not only talked to me like a person, but told me what they look for in interns and the best way to apply. That's the beast code difference. You aren't just a number on a spread sheet somewhere. You are a person. It is not at all uncommon to see the CEO at the office and he takes the opportunity to greet everyone he sees. Never have I worked anywhere that has made me feel more appreciated for what I do!"

Employees say:

"Great atmosphere from interview, to first day of work and currently today!  Beast Code cares about every employee and the customers. They think outside the box and are always willing to help and looking for ways to improve. There has never been one day that I have dreaded going to work rain or shine for the best company on the planet. They make you feel welcome, give you the tools to do your job, and provide every opportunity to be successful and grow in your role."

Employees say:

"The work-life balance that Beast Code offers is unmatched. This is the first place I have worked that has an on-site gym for it's employees."

Employees say:

"Beast Code's Benefits package is extremely competitive! The culture is like no place I have ever worked before. It is a fun and laid-back atmosphere all while we are all doing meaningful work and making a difference!"

Employees say:

"Something I think is unique about Beast Code is how employee oriented the company is. They do employee well-being surveys often, encourage involvement in volunteer work, offer Food Truck Fridays, and do Blue Wahoo ticket giveaways, for example. It's great to work at a job that cares about their employees and their thoughts or ideas for improvement."
