"The CEO and cofounder at X-Caliber truly care about all their employees. I have never worked at a company that took so much time and care to appreciate employees, whether it's at our annual company event or throughout the year during birthday parties, baby showers, etc. Also, everyone at X-Caliber is so friendly and collaborative."

Everyone in each department of the company wants to work together and share knowledge so that not only each individual can be the best that they can be, but we can be the best team for the company too. "X-Caliber is a more than a Great Place to Work. X-Caliber is a TEAM and everyone supports each other. Co-workers and Management will go outside the box to grow and include everyone. Everyone has a support system and is made to feel important in the role that they play and or contribute. Opportunity is always what you put forth and XCC is always there to support in order to succeed. With any industry you have your challenges and obstacles to overcome but when you are a team with support and leadership anything can be accomplished."

"Upper management has a genuine interest in the well-being of its employees, professionally but even more uniquely, personally. I have been amazed time and again at the attention and generosity towards my family (matching outfits and other gifts for my girls) as well as care packages for birthdays, when sick, etc. I have not seen anything like it at other places I've worked, and it makes me feel even more valued and 'seen' as not just an employee, but a person."
