Employees say:

"This company has such a fantastic company culture. Management is transparent with financial information and future plans, and gives employees an open forum to ask questions they may have. It is wonderful to have confident and fair leadership that cares about their employees. That same care also extends to the local community as well, as we are given so many opportunities and community service time to help others that are not as fortunate. It truly is an honor to work for a company that cares about more than just the bottom line."

Employees say:

"The whole culture at Mohawk is unlike anything I have ever experienced in a workplace. The level of care to employees and customers is unmatched by any other job. Management is extremely helpful and clear on expectations. There is no finger pointing... only opportunities for growth. I am rewarded for my hard work. I have found the job I will retire from."
