"We have an appreciation board, which individuals from across the company submit messages to thanking others for their efforts and/or collaboration. There is never a day when we don't have someone thanking a teammate for their help. Another unique aspect is our one-on-ones with managers. I have mine almost weekly, and it serves as a time for me to connect with my manager. I feel comfortable speaking to them about any roadblocks I'm facing, and I see near-immediate actions taken after we end our call."

"What really makes this company stand out is the culture! It's positive, supportive, and genuinely inclusive. The perks are great, the pay is more than fair, and I honestly feel like I can be myself here. My voice is heard, and my opinions actually matter. It's the first place I've worked where I truly feel at home. Easily the best company I've ever been a part of."
Employees say:
"The company culture is amazing. I enjoy working with everyone across the organization and feel confident reaching out to anyone. We all live by our core values: Teach Each Other to Fish; No Job is Above or Beneath You; Be All In; Question Everything Respectfully; and Try, Fail, Learn, Repeat.:"

"I have never worked at a more collaborative company. This is from the bottom up. Management is transparent in all aspects of the company, which is really appreciated. We are all treated as valued employees and more importantly, as people. This is a great place to work. We work hard but management also takes the time for us to have fun."
Employees say:
"This is one of the few companies I've worked with where the core values aren't just some random written statements on a wall, but values that everyone strives to live by. HR and Management really care for the people in the organization and give all of us ample opportunities to grow and cultivate our skills here while solving interesting problems that require creative and innovative solutions."
Employees say:
"Leadership is extremely well-connected to the day to day work, which enables them to better understand the nuance needed to lead and strategize effectively. They have some unique benefits like a lunch credit perk, and I deeply appreciate that they are so supportive of remote work.... I've also been extremely impressed at their commitment to listen to employees' wants and concerns and take quick action to roll out new perks or policy changes to address them."
Employees say:
"I am proud to work in an organization where the founders are deeply passionate and caring. The enthusiasm of our executive team permeates throughout the entire company. I am privileged to collaborate with outstanding colleagues and truly grateful for the opportunities I've been given."

"The lines of communication are open from the top of the company structure down to every employee. When company changes occur, it is clearly communicated and often includes an explanation as to why decisions were made. Teams are eager to collaborate on projects and ideas, and this fosters the family atmosphere. I wake up every day excited to go to work and love what I do."
