• New employees are paired with an onboarding buddy who can answer questions and make connections, and with a mentor to familiarize them with the nuances of company culture.

• When reopening offices in 2022, Tanium made sustainability a priority: eliminating plastic, building a plumbing system to accommodate drink machines that reduce the need for single-use plastic bottles, and adding more options for recycling and composting. The company also eliminated janitorial supplies containing volatile organic compounds, and transitioned from a fully catered lunch to an ordering service sourced from local restaurants.
