PeopleTec

"I believe one of the most unique and excellent things about this company is the way the leadership is here. From the CEO to the VP, Director and Supervisors of all levels, they don't treat you as if they are better because of their position. They show genuine care and concern for not only how you are doing in the workplace, but also at home and how is life treating you all together and if there is anything they can do to assist in making things easier, smoother or better. They provide guidance for not the things that they expect for you based on the potential they see but they also give you a roadmap of how to achieve those things. I am eternally grateful."

Employees say:

"Of all the places I have worked, this is probably the best and most non-toxic work environment I have experienced in 30-plus years in the workforce. People get along, and there is little-to-no workplace drama. People are non-judgmental and accepting of individuals from different backgrounds and are quick to help others with less knowledge and experience. There is better communication between management and employees and expectations are well set. Training is abundant and the pay is highly competitive. I see no reason why I won't be here for several years to come."

Employees say:

"As a new employee-owner, I submitted a proposal for PeopleTec to sponsor a non-profit organization during an event and the leadership approved the donation. I also submitted a proposal that I represent PeopleTec at a 20-year military dedication of missile defense operations that I stood the first watch while in the Army. I have been employed for 6 months and the PeopleTec leadership supported my attendance at the dedication. I am grateful, humbled and honor of this support. This is the type of atmosphere I see all the time at PeopleTec."

Employees say:

"I am offered training and development to further myself professionally. PeopleTec values not only the work done for our positions but if you have other interests within the company they go the extra mile to ensure you get that exposure as well."

Employees say:

"They genuinely care about their employees. From benefits to work environment, it is the complete package."

Employees say:

"Everyone here works so well as a team, and we truly all value each other. Communication is very open at PeopleTec, and I feel like I am always heard when I have something to say. We all celebrate our lives together and help each other through tough times. I am more happy at this company than I have ever been."
