"They are open to new ideas and ways to solve problems and improve resident/employee experience. Our 'Better Way' program allows employees to submit ideas that they think could be worth implementing to improve work quality, efficiency, or the resident experience."

"The perks like a paid birthday, the vacation suite, Wow program, and other thoughtful incentives are fantastic and really appreciated by everyone. What truly stands out to me, though, is how we welcome people from all walks of life, cultures, personalities, and styles. It's incredible to see how we come together like a family, supporting and accepting each other... It's clear that everyone can feel comfortable being themselves here. These unique values not only make our company a great place to work but also show how much we care about inclusivity and making sure everyone feels valued."
Employees say:
"Venterra is unlike any other company I have ever worked for! Everyone is friendly, easily approachable, decision making is transparent and explained, and I can honestly say, my team really is like family! Couldn't ask for a better place to work!"
Employees say:
"One of the most unique aspects of Venterra is its strong emphasis on fostering a sense of family among its team members. Venterra truly values work-life balance and recognizes the importance of family time. That's why they dedicate a special day each year for employees to gather with their families and colleagues outside the workplace. It's not just about fun activities; it's about building meaningful connections and strengthening the bond as a work family. This tradition not only demonstrates Venterra's commitment to employees' well-being but also creates a supportive and inclusive environment that makes this workplace truly exceptional."
Employees say:
"Venterra is the first company I have worked for that genuinely seeks and implements employee feedback and ideas. This approach makes employees feel valued and essential to the company’s growth and success."
Employees say:
"Venterra excels at identifying and hiring the right talent for specific roles, creating a workplace enriched by highly skilled professionals and fostering a joyful collaborative environment."
Employees say:
"I feel one of the unique things that makes Venterra stand out for me is the way that upper management interacts with the rest of the employees; there is a genuine connection. Much of the upper management started at lower levels and worked their way up, so they have a more realistic idea of what goes on at the local level."
Employees say:
"The owners of Venterra are both humble and hard working individuals, who truly care for their employees and are great role models. Because of this, they are very particular of who they hire on the management team, which trickles to the rest of the organization of finding the "right fit" for our roles. Not only based on one's personal skill set, but the personality and "fit" being of great importance as well. I believe this has allowed our culture to stay true to its core."
