The company isn't afraid to do things that may not be the best for the bottom line but are good for the people at the company (e.g. quarterly 4 day weekend company recharge shutdown). You can really bring your full self to work (if you have an affinity for something, there's probably already a Slack channel of people who also like that thing and if not you can create one)."
