Orianna was inspired to start writing about success—and how those with it, attained it—after her own experience escaping poverty and working 7 days a week to break into the notoriously competitive world of journalism.

She started out as a video journalist and presenter, before joining the business magazine world in 2017. In her last role, Orianna was the senior reporter at Management Today, Britain's longest-running title for CEOs. Her commitment to uncovering inequality at work and profiling minority leaders, won her a 30 Under 30 award by the prestigious Professional Publishers Association.
