Pham Thu Huong helped to build Vingroup, Vietnam's largest listed company, with husband Pham Nhat Vuong and is its vice chairwoman. After studying international law in Kyiv, she worked with him on his instant-noodle business in Ukraine. She chaired GSM, operator of the Xanh SM electric ride-hailing service, until stepping down in September 2026, and co-founded the $100 million VinFuture science prize.
