Pansy Ho chairs MGM China, one of Macau's six gaming concession holders, majority-owned by MGM Resorts International. MGM China posted record 2025 results—34.8 billion Hong Kong dollars ($4.4 billion) in revenue. MGM China is investing in new tourist attractions, particularly in art and culture: The Poly MGM Museum welcomed its millionth visitor in November 2025. Ho also holds an array of senior positions in several global tourism organizations.
