Judith Love

Judith Love has led Novartis's Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region from Singapore since July 2024, having joined the Swiss drugmaker from Roche in 2012. Her region anchors its growth: China, its second-biggest market, grew sales 8% to $4.2 billion in 2025. In March 2026 Novartis pledged more than 3.3 billion yuan ($480 million) to expand research, manufacturing and operations there—and on Oct. 2, Novartis signed a new licensing agreement with Abogen Biosciences worth up to $7.8 billion, building on billions of dollars worth of existing partnerships.
