For nearly two decades, Grace Wang has steered Luxshare Precision into a linchpin of the global electronics supply chain, with reach across consumer electronics, communications, and automotive components. After ten years at Foxconn, she co-founded Luxshare in 2004 with her brother and now serves as chairwoman. Under her leadership, the company has become a critical Apple supplier—producing AirPods, assembling iPhones, and providing the modules and connectors that anchor its devices. Luxshare’s revenue surpassed $37 billion in 2024, securing its place on the Fortune Global 500 and cementing its reputation as one of the world’s most dynamic manufacturers. Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2010, the company filed in August 2025 for a secondary listing in Hong Kong. The understated and pragmatic Wang is also working to reshape her supply chains, diversifying to new manufacturing hubs as the company navigates new geopolitical tensions and protectionist policies.
