Ayano "Sena" Senaha

Since 2021, Ayano Senaha has overseen human resources, risk management, communications and governance at  Recruit Holdings, owner of platforms like Indeed and Glassdoor. She joined the Japanese company in 2006; six years later, Recruit dispatched her to turn around the fortunes of a then-just-acquired UK staffing company. Senaha now focuses on strengthening Recruit’s corporate governance, as Recruit now goes through an AI-driven transformation. In addition to her role as Recruit’s COO, she was also recently appointed as Indeed’s chief people officer.
