Miki Tsusaka has been president of Microsoft's Japan business since February 2023. She now leads the tech giant's engagement with customers and business partners after spending over 30 years at Boston Consulting Group. Microsoft is focused on accelerating Japan's digital transformation and announced in April it was investing $2.9 billion over the next two years in cloud computing and AI infrastructure. It will open its first Japan-based Research Asia lab in Tokyo.
