Lourdes Gutierrez-Alfonso

Founded in 1989, Megaworld is the Philippines's largest office developer. Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso, the developer's president, has been at the firm for almost as long as Megaworld's founder, Andrew Tan. Gutierrez-Alfonso joined Megaworld in 1990, six months after it was founded; she has served as its chief operating officer, and also held the positions of director and chairman of the board before she replaced Tan when he stepped down this year.
