Isha Ambani

Mukesh Ambani, Asia's richest person, last year added his daughter Isha Ambani and two sons to the board of the family's $242 billion Reliance Industries empire. Since 2014 Isha Ambani, a Stanford grad, has been director of Reliance's retail arm. Reliance Retail is India's largest retailer and serves over 300 million customers. Under her watch the division bulked up on successful bets in e-commerce and brand portfolio expansion, making up a third of Reliance's revenues in fiscal 2023. Amid expectations of an impending listing, Ambani aims to double Reliance Retail's performance in the next three to four years on investments in innovation and technology.
