  • Flagstar Financial (No. 457) promoted Lee Smith to Senior Executive Vice President and CFO, effective Dec. 27, 2024. He previously served as COO of the company and will replace current CFO Craig Gifford.

  • CenterPoint Energy (No. 441) appointed Bertha Villatoro as Senior Vice President and CHRO, effective Jan. 1, 2025. She will replace Lynne Harkel-Rumford, who is retiring.

Financials

  • MetLife (No. 60) appointed Nick Nadgauda to Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, effective March 10, 2025. Nadgauda most recently served as CIO at CIti Services. 
  • Northwestern Mutual (No. 110) appointed Dave Gordon to Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Information Officer. Gordon previously served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer and succeeds Christian Mitchell

Food, Beverages, and Tobacco

  • Performance Food Group (No. 84) promoted Scott McPherson to President and COO. He most recently served as EVP and Chief Field Operations Officer at Performance Food Group and will replace current President and COO Craig Hoskins, who is transitioning to the roles of Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer. 

Retailing

  • Dollar Tree (No. 143) appointed Michael C. Creedon, Jr. as CEO. Creedon has served as interim CEO since November, when he succeeded former CEO Rick Dreiling.
  • Expedia Group (No. 315) appointed Scott Schenkel as CFO, effective on or about Feb. 7, 2025. Schenkel previously served as the interim CEO of eBay and will replace current CFO Julie Whalen.

Wholesalers

  • TD Synnex (No. 71) appointed Kristie Grinnell as Executive Vice President and CIO, effective Jan. 20, 2025. Grinnell most recently served as CIO of DXC Technology and will replace TD Synnex’s current CIO Bonnie Smith.
